What’s in it: For starters, just 16 ounces of an Eggnog Latte will set you back 460 calories and eat up 60% (60%!) of your daily saturated fat. You could have two Krispy Kreme donuts for fewer calories. If you really feel like having some eggnog, you may just want to stick with a small cup of the original stuff.

What’s in it: Surprisingly, something called a Sugar Cookie Latte isn’t too bad in terms of calories and fat, but its saturated fat and sugar content are still a problem. The drink holds 25% of your saturated fat and 52 grams of sugar in one cup. A chocolate donut has fewer calories and about the same saturated fat.
Dunkin’ Donuts / McDonalds
What’s in it: It’s amazing to know you can have nearly two hamburgers before reaching the same caloric content as the Iced Peppermint Mocha. You still wouldn’t match the saturated fat or even a fraction of the 55 grams of sugar.

What’s in it: The sugary drink has 50% of your daily saturated fat, 460 calories, and 55 grams of sugar. So much for being labeled “kid friendly” on the menu. Two Krispy Kreme glazed donuts contain less than half the sugar and 80 fewer calories.
Coffee Bean / Hershey
What’s in it: Aside from having 370 calories, a 16-ounce Toffee Nut Latte contains 58 grams of sugar, or a giant handful of Jolly Ranchers. It’s a cavity in the making.

What’s in it: The master of all caloric drinks here, the Pumpkin Chai Iced Blended Drink has 91 grams of sugar (nearly 23 sugar cubes), 6 grams of saturated fat, and 540 calories. That’s almost 12 Chicken McNuggets or a slice and a half of pumpkin pie. You would have to run for more than an hour straight just to burn that off.
