What You’ll Need:
1 medium yellow onion 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup mustard 2 tsp apple-cider vinegar 1 cup sugar 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp cayenne Salt and freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It:
For the dressing, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Toss the dressing with the vegetables, add salt and pepper to taste, and chill at least 2 hours.
Makes 6 to 8 servings
